PRAY: Spend Time in Daily Prayer
Prayer is one of the most meaningful ways we open ourselves to God’s love, guidance, and presence. It doesn’t have to look the same for everyone—sometimes it’s a spoken prayer, other times it’s silent contemplation, journaling, or even small acts of devotion. Whether structured or spontaneous, prayer centers us in God’s presence, giving us space to express gratitude, seek wisdom, and lift up the needs of others. Jesus himself modeled a life of constant prayer, and we are invited to follow his example. There are so many ways to pray: structured prayers, quiet moments of contemplative stillness, praying through scripture with practices like Lectio Divina, or gathering with others in community prayer. Of course, prayer isn’t always easy—sometimes it feels dry, or life gets too busy—but even small, consistent steps can help us stay rooted in God. By making prayer a daily habit, we not only deepen our connection with God but also discover a greater sense of peace and purpose in our lives.
